Company Profile
E.V.
was founded in 1991 with the aim of offering
consultancy to the Aerospace industry in developing
new aircrafts/rotorcrafts, power plants and
instrumentation.
E.V. has many skilled specialists available and can
offer a strong support during the development and
certification phases of a program.
The main characteristics of the new products
developed are High Reliability and Low Cost.
The first aircraft developed by E.V., was the SD 27,
a two-seat training and touring airplane powered by a
Rotax 912 engine (see www.sivel.it). This aircraft was
certified under JAR VLA in July, 1994.
Derivatives
of this aircraft are currently
under development.

Mr. Andrea Canetto, Experimental Test Pilot and
Flight Test Manager
A
test pilot with the Italian Air Force Experimental
Center, he participated in the development of the

Mr. Piero Bosio, Chief Technician
An
experienced mechanic and trouble-shooter was the first
to set up a General Aviation Engine Maintenance and
Service Centre in Italy.
Mr.
Francesco Pacori, Wind Tunnel Expert
A
former Manager of AERMACCHI
Wind/Water Tunnels and Model Workshop, he has
been involved
in all test activities since 1964, including the
design of new
rotary balances.
He
is responsible for coordination of model workshop
activities, including technical contacts with
customers, being our expert in all activities related
to definition of instrumentation and data
acquisition/processing procedures for any new wind
tunnel test requirement
He

aeronautical parts, at Magnaghi, Nardi, Secondo Mona,
Salmoiraghi, Aeritalia etc.
During
the years 1988-1989 spent his time in the
certification of all Lombardia’s aeronautical
companies as constructors and operators in total about
100.
In
1973 was nominated Director of Milan territorial
department and in 1992 was nominated in
Rome chief of the five territorial departments
in which was divided the Italian territory.
During
his activity he took part in the certification R.A.I.
and F.A.A. of many prototypes and their
derivatives for more than 50, including Airplanes
as Siai Marchetti S205, S208, S210, 1019A, 1019B, SF
260, SF 600, Caproni A2, C 22J, Macchi AL 60, AM 3,
General Avia F 20.

William Rawlins
